&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;M. Kalai Arasu&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (born 15 July 1954) is an Indian politician and was a member of the [[Fourteenth Assembly of Tamil Nadu|14th Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly]] from the [[Anaicut (State Assembly Constituency)|Anaicut constituency]] in [[Vellore District]]. Arasu was expelled from the PMK in February 2014 after he met with the then [[Chief Minister (India)|Chief Minister]], [[Jayalalithaa]], of the [[All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam]] (AIADMK). In the [[2016 Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly election|elections of 2016]] Arasu has lost the election and he was won by [[A. P.
