== Early life and education ==
Sanjay Kumar was born in Anthargam village, [[Jagtial]] mandal to Vathsala and Hanumantha Rao. He studied MBBS at [[Siddhartha Medical College|Siddartha Medical College]], [[Vijayawada]] under [[Acharya Nagarjuna University]] in 1989.
