Usha and her grand daughter Amira Sultan Kapoor who is a sculptor and painter created a new deck of tarot cards called the Saakshi Tarot Deck which is based on symbology, [[Vedic mythology|Indian mythology]] and the five elements of nature ([[wood]], [[fire]], [[earth]], [[metal]] and [[water]]).&amp;lt;ref name=ht/&amp;gt; She authored 12 books on the [[Astrological sign|twelve signs of the zodiac]].&amp;lt;ref name=ht/&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

==Death==&lt;br /&gt;
Ma Prem Usha died on July 17, 2008,  in [[New Delhi, India]].&amp;lt;ref name=ht/&amp;gt; She was 70 years old.&amp;lt;ref name=ht/&amp;gt; She is survived by her husband, Lt. Col Raj Kumar Kapoor, her son Milin Kapoor and her 3 daughters, Ma Prem Ritambhara (Ritambhara Dewan)  Sonia Pillai and Anjali Kapoor Ben-Sarfaradz.
