==Early life==
Born in Bangalore in a [[Bengali people|Bengali]] family, Bhattacharya studied at the [[Indian Army Public Schools|Army Public School]] and later went to [[Mount Carmel College, Bangalore|Mount Carmel College]] to study psychology and Ramaiah College to study law.{{Citation needed|date=October 2022}} She lived in [[R.T.
