In 2020, Nadim joined North Macedonian First Football League club [[FK Struga]] but did not make a senior league appearance. He returned to India and signed for Rajbari AC for the 2022–23 season, competing in the Guwahati Super Division. For the 2024–25 season, he played for Assam Dynamo Club in the same league.
