He made his directorial debut in Tamil, ''[[Udhayam NH4]]'' (2013) featuring [[Siddharth (actor)|Siddharth]] and a newcomer Ashrita Shetty in lead roles. It was simultaneously dubbed and released in Telugu in the same year.
