==Demographics==
According to the [[2011 Census of India]], Mansong Chinchona Plantation had a total population of 8,812 of which 4,490 (51%) were males and 4,322 (49%) were females. There were 782 persons in the age range of 0 to 6 years. Chincona plantations were started in [[Mangpu]] in 1862, Mansong in 1900 and [[Rongo]] in 1938.
