History
The company was founded by Michael Hutchison in 2015[1] as an invitation-only cruising travel club[2] and on the merchant end, it acts as a market place that connects various cruise lines to the members through use of an invitation-only business model.[3][4] As of 2020, the company works with 140,000+ members and over 40,000+ partners[5] and it has a list of 5500 cruises on it's web portal.[6]
The company is a member of Cruise Lines International Association. In 2015, the company became the premier cruise membership club with members and partners in over 178 countries.[7] In May 2019, inCruises started a strategic relationship with Trust My Travel to provide its members’ and partners’ financial protection through TMTProtects. The same year the company received the Diamond Network Award[8] organized by Associação Brasileira de Network Marketing, also known as Abranetwork.[9]
On March 20, 2019, inCruises International launched a mobile application that allows customers to book cruise vacations in destinations all over the world.[10]
