Frederick "Barnie" Barnardo and Violet Barnardo, of [[Bexhill-on-Sea|Bexhill]]. == Personal life ==
In 1938, Elizabeth Barnardo married Christoph von Fürer-Haimendorf. They had a son, Nicholas, born in 1946.
