Sheikh's first marriage was with Zinat Mangi, a television and film supporting actress of that era, with whom he has a daughter, [[Momal Sheikh]] and a son [[Shehzad Sheikh]]. His second marriage was to a British singer and actress, [[Salma Agha]].
