Template:Infobox prepared food Aloo gobi (Template:IPA-hi) is a vegetarian dish from the Indian subcontinent made with potatoes (aloo), cauliflower (gob(h)i), and Indian spices.[1] It is popular in Indian and Pakistani cuisines.[2] It is yellowish in colour due to the use of turmeric, and occasionally contains kalonji and curry leaves. Other common ingredients include garlic, ginger, onion, coriander stalks, tomato, peas, and cumin. There are a number of variations and similar dishes.

Aloo Gobi is the title and central topic of the second track of Weezer's 2021 album OK Human.
