Chandarlapadu is a village and a gram panchayat in the NTR district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the mandal headquarters of Chandarlapadu mandal in the Nandigama revenue division.[1]
History
NTR district was carved out of Krishna district in 2022.[2] It came into being on 4 April 2022.[3]
Geography
Has covers an area of 13.53 sq km.[4]
The nearest town, Jaggaiahpet, is 45 km away.[5]
Demographics
According to the 2011 census, Chandarlapadu had a population of 10,958, of which 5,558 were males and 5,400 females.[4]
It has a literacy rate of 55.06%.[5]
