Chief Minister of Sindh functions as the elected head of government of Sindh, serving in conjunction with the Chief Secretary. The Chief Minister holds the position of provincial government leadership alongside the Chief Secretary and is elected by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh. The officeholder serves as the leader of the provincial Legislature and operates from the Chief Minister's Secretariat, which is located in Karachi, the capital of Sindh province.
