El jueves 17 de marzo de 2011, el Subsecretario Adjunto de Defensa estadounidense para el Hemisferio Occidental, Frank Mora, fue recibido en el Parlamento por el Vicepresidente de la República, Danilo Astori y legisladores uruguayos vinculados a asuntos de defensa nacional. Posteriormente Mora fue invitado a realizar un tour por el Palacio Legislativo, sede del Poder Legislativo del Uruguay. La fotografía fue tomada en la Biblioteca del Poder Legislativo de Uruguay, que se encuentra en el edificio del Poder Legislativo. |
