Deogarh Lalitpur temple is at the border of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, near Gwalior and Jhansi, River Betwa

The site has dozens of Jaina temples in Deogarh, and numerous sculptures and extensive relief works.

The center image is of Suparshvanatha (7th tirthankara) five-headed serpent-hood. The other two icons are of Parshvanatha (23rd tirthankara) with seven-headed serpent-hood.
