This Pakistani stamp presumed to be in the public domain because copyright laws of Pakistan do not apply on postal stamps (although technically they can), since all copyright claims need to be registered with the Registrar of Copyright office according to Chapter 8 of Pakistan's Copyright Ordinance, 1962. The government of Pakistan is the author of every Pakistani postal stamp, and no claim of copyright ownership is known to have been made by the Pakistani government on postal stamp with the Registrar of Copyright office so far.
