Halgara is a panchayat village[1] in the state of Maharashtra, India.[2][3] Administratively, Halgara is under Nilanga Taluka of Latur District in Maharashtra.[3] The village of Halgara is Template:Cvt by road east of the town of Nilanga, Template:Cvt by south of town of Aurad Shahajani.
There are two villages in the Halgara gram panchayat: Halgara and Rajewadi.Halgara is the one of largest village in Nilanga taluka with the population of 12000.There are many temple's in Halgara village, Narsinh Mandir is one of the famous temple and one more oldest temple is Narayan Deul Which is also famous temple. [3]
Demographics
In the 2001 census, the village of Halgara had 5,844 inhabitants. there are two Buddha temple in halgara where people go for prayer everyday. .[4]
