Indradev Singh Patel contested the 2025 Bihar Legislative Assembly election from the Barharia constituency as a candidate of the Janata Dal (United). He won the election, defeating his nearest rival from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD).[1]
According to election data, he secured victory with a margin of over 12,000 votes.[2]
