Jogen Mohan who represents the Mahmora constituency is the new Health & Family Welfare, Science & Technology, Information Technology Minister in Himanta Biswa Sarma led-Cabinet.
Mohan was also a minister in Sarbananda Sonowal led Government.
Jogen Mohan is a resident of Jyotipur village in the Sivasagar district of Assam. Assam Legislative Assembly election in 2016 from Mahmara constituency.[1][2][3]
