ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ଖଣ୍ଡପଡ଼ା ର ଗଦାଧର ସିଂହ ସାମନ୍ତ ଓ କବିସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବଳଦେବରଥ ଙ୍କ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଏହି ପ୍ରକାର ର ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ରଚିତ ଓ ପ୍ରସାରିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଗଦାଧର ଙ୍କ ରଚିତ ଢୁମ୍ପା ସଙ୍ଗୀତରେ ବାଳୀ , ତୋର ଦୋହଲାଇ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଝୁମ୍ପୀ, ବିପତ୍ତି ନାଶିନୀ ସର୍ବମଙ୍ଗଳା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ବେଶ୍ ଆଦୃତ। ଢୁମ୍ପା ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ରେ ଏକ ପୁରାତନ ଲୋକ ବାଦ୍ୟ ବଜାଯାଇଥାଏ। ଯାହାକି ରାଜ ମଇ ଗଛର ବକଳ ରୁ ତିଆରି ହୁଏ।

English: The Dhumpa is a unique traditional instrument of the state of Odisha. This is a professional rendition of the song 'Dhumpa Sangitare Bali' of the poet Gadadhara Singhasamanta by artistes of Gadadhara Dhumpa Parisada, Khandapada. Dhumpa songs are a special category of Odissi music.
ଓଡ଼ିଆ: ଢୁମ୍ପା ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଏକ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ପରମ୍ପରା । ଢୁମ୍ପା ଏକ ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ବାଦ୍ୟ ଯାହାର ଧ୍ୱନି ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିଚିତ୍ର । ଏହି ରେକର୍ଡ଼ିଂଟି ଗଦାଧର ସିଂହସାମନ୍ତଙ୍କ କୃତ ଚଉପଦୀ 'ଢୁମ୍ପା ସଙ୍ଗୀତରେ ବାଳୀ'ର ଗାୟନ । ଏହାକୁ ଖଣ୍ଡପଡ଼ାର ଗଦାଧର ଢୁମ୍ପା ପରିଷଦର କଳାକାରମାନେ ପରିବେଷଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଢୁମ୍ପା ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ଓଡ଼ିଶୀ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ପରମ୍ପରାର ଏକ ବିଶେଷ ପ୍ରଭେଦ ।
